30-Day Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of shipment for a refund, exchange or credit.
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition
and in their original packaging with all tags, parts and accessories. |

Please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at
1-877-705-9757, or by email at support@netpinky.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return and/or exchange instructions.
The following items are never returnable:
Underwear - panties, thongs, g-strings.
Hosiery - stockings, pantyhoses, tights, thigh highs, socks.
Wigs and wig accessories.
Pasties.
Shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges are not refundable. The only exception, if you receive a wrong or defective item.
All Unauthorized Returns will be refused. All unclaimed packages might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.
