Most orders placed before 4:00 pm PST Monday-Friday will processed and shipped out from our warehouse the same day.
All orders placed after 4:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Any order placed on the weekend, or on a holiday, will be shipped the next business day on the calendar.
Same day shipping doesn't apply to:
Incomplete and/or unpaid orders.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping Rates: International
Our international shipping rate is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment, the shipment method you choose and your destination address. You can always check the shipping costs in your shopping cart before making a payment.
The importation of merchandise into countries other than the U.S. may result in additional customs taxes, brokerage and/or duty fees upon delivery of your order. Netpinky.com can't anticipate these fees, and will not be able to eimburse you for any additional fees incurred.
Netpinky.com makes international shipments worldwide everyday and we are familiar with the logistics and procedures of handling international cargo. Before importing merchandise into your country, we recommend that you first speak to a customs broker from your country. Netpinky.com is willing to work with you on invoicing, and other ways to expedite your shipment in the most cost-effective and advantageous manner to the buyer.

Whether you placed an order you can track your order online. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. If you're not sure whether or not your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in My Account / Order Status page.
Q. What do I do if my shipment never arrived?
Please contact your shipping company local office and/or your Custom with your Tracking Number and simply contact us with your order number.
